1Order Processing
- •All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- •You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
- •Orders placed after 2 PM IST will be processed on the next business day.
2Delivery Timelines
- •Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata): 3–5 business days.
- •Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 5–7 business days.
- •Remote/rural areas: 7–10 business days.
- •During sale events or festivals, delivery may take an additional 2–3 days.
3Shipping Charges
- •Orders above ₹499: FREE standard shipping.
- •Orders below ₹499: Flat ₹49 shipping charge.
- •Express delivery (metro cities only): ₹99 extra for 1–2 day delivery.
- •Cash on Delivery (COD): Available on orders up to ₹2,000 with an additional ₹29 fee.
4Tracking Your Order
- •Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via email and SMS.
- •You can also track your order from the 'My Orders' section in your account.

5Damaged or Lost Shipments
- •If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours with photos of the damage.
- •We will arrange a free replacement or full refund for damaged items.
- •In the rare case of a lost shipment, we will reship the order at no additional cost.
