Request a Return
Email us at hello@kimayathreads.com or call +91 98765 43210 within 7 days of delivery with your order number and reason.

Ship It Back
We'll send you a prepaid return label. Pack the item in its original packaging and hand it to the courier.

Get Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Eligible for Return
- ✓Unused and unwashed items with original tags attached
- ✓Items returned within 7 days of delivery
- ✓Defective or damaged products (report within 24 hours)
- ✓Wrong item received
- ✓Size exchange (subject to availability)
Not Eligible for Return
- ✕Items worn, washed, or altered in any way
- ✕Innerwear, diapers, and personal hygiene products
- ✕Items returned after 7 days of delivery
- ✕Products without original tags or packaging
- ✕Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
Refund Details
- •Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.
- •Refunds are credited to the original payment method (UPI, card, or wallet).
- •COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer (NEFT).
- •Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
