Refunds & Cancellation Policy

At Kimaya, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully.
1. Order Cancellation
Before Shipment
You can cancel your order anytime before it has been shipped. To cancel:
- Go to "My Orders" in your account
- Select the order you wish to cancel
- Click on "Cancel Order"
- Provide a reason for cancellation (optional)
Full refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
After Shipment
Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may refuse delivery or initiate a return after receiving the product.
2. Returns
Eligibility
You may return products within 7 days of delivery if:
- The product is damaged or defective
- You received the wrong product
- The product is significantly different from the description
- The product is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging (for change of mind returns)
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Innerwear and intimate apparel
- Products marked as "Non-Returnable"
- Customized or personalized items
- Items damaged due to misuse or negligence
- Products with missing tags or original packaging
Return Process
- Contact our support team or raise a return request from "My Orders"
- Provide order details, reason for return, and photos if applicable
- We will arrange for pickup within 3-5 business days
- Pack the product securely in original packaging
- Hand over the package to our delivery partner
3. Refunds

Note: Refund timelines start after we receive and verify the returned product.
Refund Amount
- Damaged/Defective products: Full refund including shipping charges
- Wrong product received: Full refund including shipping charges
- Change of mind: Product price only (shipping charges non-refundable)
4. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or product:
- Initiate a return for the original product
- Place a new order for the desired product
- Refund will be processed once we receive the returned item
5. Damaged During Transit
If your order arrives damaged:
- Take photos/video of the damaged package before opening
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
- Share the images with our support team
- We will arrange for a replacement or full refund
